Merchandise is accepted by appointment only, Monday through Friday during the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. To schedule an appointment, call 615-279-1994.
Designer Finds specializes in high end, ladies designer label clothing and accessories, children (newborn to size 10) and maternity. Women clothing must be in season, of current styling, no more than two (2) years old, cleaned, pressed and on hangers. Children clothing may be folded.
Any items more than two seasons old may not be accepted. Accessories such as belts, hats, scarves, costume jewelry, and shoes are accepted only if they have never been worn or only very slightly worn.
Uncleaned, unpressed, or stained clothing with missing buttons, frayed linings, rips, tears, moth holes, odors (smoke or mothballs), with PET HAIRS on clothing, and items of outdated styles will not be accepted. Also, we do not accept items from discount stores.
Articles accepted will be placed on sale during the selling season or extended at the sole discretion of Designer Finds. We start accepting merchandise for the Spring / Summer season in Mid January and start accepting merchandise for the Fall/Winter season in mid July.
Designer Finds makes their best effort to merchandise, sell and care for all consignments. However, all consignments are left at the owner's risk. Designer Finds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or ‘try-on’ damaged clothes due to negligent handling or any other cause.
Consignor will receive 50% of the selling price. Checks will be mailed to the consignor at the end of the consignment period or will be available when the consignor arrives for their scheduled appointment to pick-up any unsold items. If check is mailed a per check charge of $1.00 for postage and handling is deducted from consignor’s payments.
